A very Good Evening to all my dear frds
I was thinking to write something for all of U since a long time but due to some project work , i was on a tour and didn't get the opportunity to have a conversation with u all... I went through many posts in the group and finally came with just one conclusion - "JOINING LETTER" .. Let me clear all of u that if TCS recruited U , u vl definitely get your "JL" , now the question arises "WHEN" ??
There is a proper format in which we deliver the JLs and Joining date , last month i also worked for u guys in "learning and development team" for scheduling the dates in a proper format ... Mainly we have 6-7 ILP centres in which we can accommodate around 800 folks at one time , one time means - for around long 3 months.. The guys from NITs and Top ranking colleges got their JLs and their classes were started .

Asap they will get their release and go to their "base location" , the B grade collegs guys enter into the premises of ILP , and at the same time , U vl start getting your JL , and it will be around in the month of november , "end of november" .. Then U vl get your exact date and according U vl get "aspire" to brush up your basics ..

So the conclusion is that You'll get your JL date by end of november , and the date may vary from 3rd of December upto June 2014 (Worst Scenario) .. that is purely depend on your luck , college ranking and the place U opted for in your priority list ..
To sab baato ki 1 baat , ki abhi ap logo ki joining aane me waqt hai , aur ho sakta hai wo waqt sirf 2 mahine ka ho , ya ho sakta hai 6 mahine ka , behtar yahi hai ki hum 6 mahine tak roz us din ka intejar karne ki jagah par , us din aur uske aage ki jindagi ko behtar banane ke liye kuch accha prayas kare , TCS respects individuality , it means kuch aisa kare jo apko ek alag pehchan de .. Try to be Unique in any sense , and TCS respects and care uniqueness , ofcousrse uniqueness must be in a positive way .... Kuch sikhiye , chahe wo music ho , khana banana ho , driving ho , guitar ho , unix ho , java ho .. ya jo bhi apko pasand ho .. the thing which bring a feeling of estacsy within U ..
Ye samay to nikalna hi hai , kyu na har roz sirf JL ki baat na karte hue kisi acche topic par baat ki jaaye , kisi chiz ka certification kar liya jaaye , kuch bhi aisa sikha jaaye jo apko ek alag pehchan de , kuch aisa kiya jaaye jiske jariye aap TCS ko aage chal ka represent kar paaye , chahe wo Badminton ho , cricket ho , chess ho , koi foreign language ho , anything.....


Finally U can drop your doubts at my inbox , I vl come to U asap , and sach batau - "to jee lo in palo ko , jo ghar par bitane ko mil rahe hai apne maa-papa ke saath , kyunki jeevan me ye mauke fir pata nahi kab aaye .. 2-3 din ki chutti ke liye bhi 4 jagah apply karna padega ... bas ye palo ko aise jina ki aane waale pure jeevan me khush rah sako ki humne apne mata-pita ki aankho me ek garv dekha tha ki unka beta /beti is going to be a part of "TCS" and most importantly part of "THE TATA GROUP" ...
